That first URL looked promising, and when I copy-and-pasted it into the browser, it downloaded "Dropbox 46.4.65.dmg". I double-clicked on that to mount it, double-clicked on the seemingly-identical Dropbox Installer in that folder, and all was well.
Dropbox Download Mac Sierra

You can avoid both the update to Xcode 8.3 (which works only with macOS Sierra) and the Dropbox download from a random link on GitHub, as suggested in other answers. To work with iOS 10.3 in Xcode 8.2.1, follow these steps:
I've seen the "rotating pizza of Doom" so much recently it reminded me of the early days of MacOSX! I've been using Memory Keeper which has shown my 16GB of memory being reduced to double digits of MB! I used to use Chrome but it's DREADFULLY inefficient with memory usage: over a dozen "Helpers" running way more than the number of Tabs running! So I've changed to Firefox which is more efficient but still the same "vanishing memory syndrome" till I stopped leaving a Tab open to SpeedTest.net now I can even have PhotoShop running and STILL have nearly a quarter of my memory available!!! I've downloaded Memory Cleaner which only agrees with Memory Keeper after I Optimize!! Memory management is still smoke and mirrors it's not a science and Google don't care about Chrome's pathetic performance! I suspect that they are not alone:((
But one of the disadvantages of Dropbox is that keeping all these files on the computer takes up space. Then, your Mac may think the hard drive is full and does not allow you to download any additional files although you only have a few data in the Dropbox folder.
Generally, there is a hidden folder that containing Dropbox cache stored in your Dropbox root folder, named ".dropbox.cache". Only when the function of viewing hidden files and folders is enabled in the operating system, you can see the folder.
To make sure that files have Synced properly, relaunch the Dropbox client (click on the Menu Bar icon and select Quit Dropbox), and check on the Sync progress by looking at the Menu Bar icon. This is the most definitive test. Clicking on the Menu Bar icon also shows the current download and upload speeds along with the number of files to be synced and estimated time remaining.
You can also download the apk file from Uptodown, and just drag and drop the files in NoxPlayer; they will be installed automatically. Or use a special version of NoxPlayer, which includes the Uptodown app. From there you can download and install any apk file just with a few clicks and then you can enjoy!
I did a clean install of Sierra 10.12.3 on my Mac Mini mid 2011. Downloaded Dropbox which I use to sync my 1Password keychain. Installed 1Password 6.6.1 from the site. I pick dropbox as my method of syncing and select my agilekeychain file. When I type in my master password I get the error "Failed to unlock. Cannot load keychain profile."
This sounds like the agilekeychain folder on dropbox is missing some of the requisite files inside of it to be a proper agilekeychain. Do you see anything in your Dropbox edit history that shows any of the files inside of it being removed?
I am having the same issue. New MacBook Pro 13" 2016.Sierra 10.12.31Password 6.6.1 AgileBits storePassword file is a .agilekeychain file.Sync to DropboxClean install Choose dropbox, enter password and receive the error "Failed to unlock. Cannot load keychain profile."
You might get that error if Dropbox has not yet fully downloaded the entire sync file to the local Dropbox folder. Since this is happening on a new Mac, I suspect that's the cause. In that case, it should work correctly once Dropbox has had time to completely download the sync file. Keep in mind the .agilekeychain "file" is actually a package / bundle (basically a special type of folder) which is made up of hundreds of smaller files, so it might take longer than some other files to completely download.
Once you install that version of Monterey, when you attempt to open a file stored online from within an application, the process will fail. The only way around this (at least, until you update the file storage app) is to manually download archived files for use on their Mac via the Finder. The problem will be resolved when OneDrive and/or Dropbox are udpated.
In most cases, the downloaded dmg file is actually corrupt or had an error downloading. If possible, try downloading the dmg again, turning off any download assistant plug-ins you may have. You can try downloading the file in a different browser as well. Or if you don't need to be logged in to the site to download the file and you want to be fancy, you can try curl -O url in Terminal to download the file. (There's an example of that in my screenshot below.)

Downloading macOS High Sierra From the Mac App Store StallsThe process of downloading High Sierra from the Mac App Store should be an easy one, but a few of us have run into a problem where the download seems to fail to start, or freezes if it does begin.
Once the Mac App Store finally quits, go ahead and restart the store. Select macOS High Sierra and start the download again. If you still have problems, quit the Mac App Store (using force quit, if needed), and then restart your Mac.
After upgrading to High Sierra on my Macbook Pro I am unable to network it with my Mac Pro running El Capitan. I used to be able to network the two computers using an ethernet cable. Because of the age of the MacPro I am not able to to go newer than El Capitan. Things were fine in Sierra.I sent feedback to apple but do not think anything has been done yet. I am a photographer and shoot tethered to the laptop. Now I have to download to an external HD or a flash drive which then needs to be downloaded to the Mac Pro adding additional steps.
Houston founded Evenflow, Inc. in May 2007[23] as the company behind Dropbox, and shortly thereafter secured seed funding from Y Combinator.[24] Dropbox was officially launched at 2008's TechCrunch Disrupt, an annual technology conference.[25] Owing to trademark disputes between Proxy, Inc. and Evenflow, Dropbox's official domain name was "getdropbox.com" until October 2009, when it acquired its current domain, "dropbox.com".[25] In October 2009, Evenflow, Inc. was renamed Dropbox, Inc.[26]
In July 2014, Dropbox introduced "streaming sync" for its computer apps. Streaming sync was described as a new "supercharged"[61] synchronization speed for large files that improves the upload or download time by up to 2 times.[62]
In November 2013, Dropbox announced changes to "Dropbox for Business" that would enable users to connect both their personal Dropbox and their business Dropbox to the same device, with each of the folders being "properly labeled for personal or work, and come with its own password, contacts, settings, and files". Furthermore, Dropbox announced shared audit logs, remote wipe for business administrators, and account transfers, as new features of its Business offering.[84][85] In January 2017, Dropbox introduced "Smart Sync" for Business and Enterprise customers, a feature that lets Windows and macOS users see all files in the Dropbox folder, but only download specific files on-demand.[86][87]
In the screen on the left, the mobile app connects directly to Dropbox via their API and will access your data directly. When you select an encrypted file, Viivo will download, decrypt and preview it for you. You may "Favorite" frequently accessed files or choose to open them in other applications if Viivo Preview is unable to display your particular file.
